    Our reporter Sophie Squires joined Plymouth Argyle Ladies FC's latest training session ahead of their game against Watford at Home Park this Sunday (8th December).

    The match is the first to be used as a test match as Argyle open the main grandstand. Make sure to come and show your support to the girls this weekend.

    The last time Argyle played at Home Park they drew 2-2 with Portsmouth in the 'Dockyard derby' in front of nearly 900 fans .

    The grandstand is expected to be used at 38% capacity which means it can accommodate over 2,000 fans.

    The female game is has grown at a rapid rate in the country over the last few years with 77,000 turning up at Wembley to see England play Germany.

    At the same time 23,500 watched the Merseyside side derby at Liverpool with 38,262 visiting Highbury to watch Arsenal play Tottenham Hotspur.
