Police re-appeal for missing man thought to be sleeping rough in Plymouth

    Phillip Weare went missing from his home in Liskeard a month ago

    Police have issued a re-appeal for the public’s help in locating a man who was reported found, but is still missing.

    They are concerned for the welfare of Phillip Weare, pictured, who went missing from his home in Liskeard, Cornwall, a month ago.

    The 45-year-old is thought to be sleeping rough in Plymouth or in the areas of St Germans or Anthony, near Torpoint, East Cornwall.

    Phillip is described as being he is 6’ in height, of slim build, with shaved fair hair.

    He is believed to be wearing a dark jacket with a grey hood, possibly green Adidas trousers, and trainers. His teeth are in poor condition and he probably has a bag with him.

    Anyone who sees Phillip is asked to contact police on 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting log number 193, 8/6/20.
