It combines recipes from care homes across the city
A new book that aims to ensure older people have nutritious food to eat has been launched in Plymouth.
The Culinary Care Book, is believed to be the first of its kind and collates recipes from a number of care homes in our city, including Nazareth House and Laburnum Lodge.
It's a collaboration between the city council and City College, and aims to ensure older people have sufficient and nutritious food to eat.
