Devonport shop assistant subject to racist abuse

    Police would like to speak to man caught on CCTV

    Police are appealing for information after a shop assistant was racially abused in the Devonport area of Plymouth.

    At around 9.15pm on Thursday 11 June, a man entered the Premier Store on Cumberland Street and became verbally abusive to a male shop assistant, using racist language and threatening him.

    Police would like to speak to the man pictured because it is thought he may have vital information about the incident.

    Anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to contact police on 101 or via email on 101@dc.police.uk quoting crime reference number, CR/046686/20.
