Radio Plymouth has teamed up with STAMP: Standing Together Against Mental Health Problems. They offer one to one meetings, a support group for men and can facilitate schools and workplaces talks. It is their aim to spread awareness of mental health and to educate people on how to look after their own mental health.
Weʼre raising £500 to Help STAMP raise awareness about mental heath problems and to continue to do vital work in ending the stigma around mental health.
