Bella Italia Terms and Conditions
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Radio Plymouth’s general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found HERE apply to Bella Italia Talking Italian competition will run from Wednesday 25th February to Friday 6th March 2015 (“The Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Radio Plymouth.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have notice of and to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 01752 590590 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air on each day of the competition.
The on air presenter will play an audio clip of a child speaking the name of a food type in Italian. Listeners will be given two options for the translation. The on air presenter will advise the opening and closing times of the lines. A randomly selected caller will be taken to air and if they correctly translate the food then they are the daily winner and awarded the daily prize. If they answer incorrectly another caller will be taken to air. Translations are taken from the iHandy Translator and are deemed to be the correct translations for the benefit of this competition.
To enter the online Competition an Entrant must enter their details as stated on the online entry form. Entry closes on Friday 6th March at 23:59. A winner will be drawn at random on Monday 9th March and announced on air and on our website.
All listeners are entitled to enter the competition. Entrants under 18 must ask the bill payers permission before using the telephone.
On air competition: Daily a meal for a family (4 people which MUST include at least one person under the age of 11). The prize can not be redeemed on Fridays or Saturdays or on Mothers Day, Fathers Day or bank holidays. Meal includes starter, main and desert and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages and additional side dishes not included.
Online competition: A family meal a month for 6 months (March - August) the terms and conditions above also apply along with subject to availability and booking recommended.
