You are up to 4 times more likely to quit with NHS support and there are 1,000 of locations across the South West where you can access your local NHS Stop Smoking Service.

Your local NHS Stop Smoking Service will give you all the support you need when you're ready to quit.  The Service is staffed with expert NHS professionals who'll help you understand why you smoke and create a plan to help you quit. 

NHS Stop Smoking Services offer FREE support and the offer the use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (that's things like patches and gum) for just the cost of a prescription - this may be totally FREE if you are exempt from paying for prescriptions.

You can access your local NHS Stop Smoking via selected pharmacies, G.P surgeries or drop-in groups organised in your local area.
