Argyle's administrators make a step forward on the club's sale.

They've reached agreement in principle to sell it to local businessman James Brent who heads up the Akkeron Group.

It's thought completion of the deal will happen next month depending on the Football League's transfer of the club's 'golden share'.

There's still no money for players and staff yet but Mr Brent's hoping to resolve that in the near future.
