Plymouth MP says she hasn't given up on airport yet

A Plymouth MP says she is still hopeful that local businesses may be able to keep the airport going on some level in future.

Air South west has pulled out, so the final flight could be next week.

Sutton Harbour still haven't revealed whether they will close the airport at the same time.

Plymouth MP Alison Seabeck says she would like to see a new inland rail link which could speed up travel times to Exeter.

But she hopes that firms like Babcock might even help to commission air taxis inthe future.
