Plymouth MP concerned about Chancellor's announcements on public sector pay

A Plymouth MP says she would like to have seen some more investment in the South west's transport network in yesterday's autumn statement. The Kingskerswell bypass got the green light, but other improvements to the rail and road networks were confined to the north and midlands. Plymouth Moorview MP Alison Seabeck has said she welcomes the reduction in South west water bills but would like to see our local rail lines electrified and the dualling of the A303. She argues there are also potential problems with the chancellor's announcements on pay and fears regionalization could bring public sector wages down locally.
