Plymouth marine injured in Afghanistan works to help others

A Plymouth marine injured in Afghanistan is now devoting his time to raising money for others who may be in the same position.

Mark Ormrod lost both legs and an arm in Afghanistan in 2007 and now works for the Royal Marines association at HMS Drake.

He switched on Plymouth's christmas lights on Thursday and also attended last week's homecoming parade for 3 commando brigade.

The Royal Marines' association is now selling a charity calendar featuring injured service personnel - for more information visit rma.org.uk.
