North Prospect show homes open
North Prospect residents will be able to see the type of properties they could be living in from tomorrow.
Two show homes have been opened on North Prospect Road - more than 1300 new homes will be built in the area by 2020.
So far, building work is well underway in the Woodhey and Foliot road areas, with the second phase of demolition about to begin in Cookworthy Road.
Some locals whose homes will be demolished in later phases have said they are confused about what will happen to their homes.
Plymouth Community Homes have said that they have given people specific dates when they will receive further information and that many people have already been notified.
