Another wave of Plymouth troops arrive home today from Afghanistan.

The final group of gunners to return from 29 Commando will be welcomed back to the citadel by their families and friends.

They're returning from a six month deployment to Helmand Province in Afghanistan, where they've been targeting insurgents and working with the Afghan national army.

Some gunners have already come home but the last 35 and their commanding officer lieutenant Colonel Richard Smith return later today.
