Footfall in Modbury has fallen by around half since the floods of last weekend, according to one businessman.

Around ten shops were closed in the town at the start of last week after around three feet of water hurtled into some premises.

Locals say despite their hard work to get back to normal,many people still aren't coming in.

Only two shops remain closed at the moment.
