A man's body has been found in the water off the Hoe.

Police say they were called at around 10:30am on Sunday, after a member of the public saw the body in the water near the rocks.

They say the man was white, with short dark hair and in his early 20s.

They're still trying to identify him but say they don't believe anyone else was involved in his death.
