Man dies in Tavistock crash
An 84 year old man died at the weekend following a road accident in Tavistock.
Police say at around two o'clock on Saturday afternoon, a 73 year old local man was driving a honda jazz along Pixon Lane when it had a minor collision with a stationary vehicle.
It then collided with a post at the junction with Plymouth Road.
The 84 year old passenger was prounounced dead at Derriford hospital a short time later.
The driver has been treated in hospital.
