Lenkiewicz foundation to consider Barbican church as a temporary home for late artist's work

A group set up to conserve the work and legacy of late Plymouth artist Robert Lenkiewicz are considering using a church on the Barbican as their temporary home.

There have been calls for a permanent Lenkiewicz museum to be set up, but so far the foundation have not found a long term home.

The foundation is now looking to use St Saviours Church to store some of Lenkiewicz's extensive library as they wait for his estate to be wound up.
