A third group have expressed an interest in buying Plymouth Argyle.

An Irish consortium came forward to administrators yesterday - nothing else is known about them at present.

So far Devon businessman James Brent and South east councillor Paul Buttivant have also expressed an interest in making an offer, although Mr Brent has said he is willing to step aside if a suitable offer comes through.

Meanwhile the fans trust are running a recruitment drive this afternoon at Home Park - they already have 750 members but would like more.

They will be handing out applications at the Walsall game today.
