Incinerator fight far from over, say campaigners

Campaigners against the Devonport incinerator say they're still confident they can stop it being built.

They've taken their case to the Court of Appeal and are awaiting a date for a new hearing.

It's after a judge at Cardiff Crown Court ruled against PlymWIN in their attempts to get a judicial review.

They argue the city council's decision to give MVV planning permission to build the facility was unlawful.

Local residents also claim it could pose a danger to their health and the environment - but MVV say that's not the case.

Lynne Hayden from PlymWIN says their fight is far from over and they are still confident they can win at the Court of Appeal.
