Flying school to leave Plymouth

Plymouth's flying school's preparing to move out of the city when the airport closes later this year.

The city council and lease holders Sutton Harbour Holdings claim the site is no longer economically viable, so it's shutting in December.

The flying school would have to close down without an airport so it's moving to Newquay.

Marshall Cligman's the chief flying instructor at the school - he says they're aware that business will take a hit but it's better than having to cease trading altogether.
