Campaigners target major chain over tax

Campaigners will be picketing one of Plymouth's Boots stores today, arguing that they should be paying more tax.

UK uncut say the company has moved its headquarters to Switzerland and so drastically reduced its tax bill.

They argue this money could help to save local jobs at Derriford hospital, the city council or Devon and Cornwall police.

The group has previously targetted Barclay's and claim Andrew Lansley's 'U-turn' on NHS cuts was partly down to their campaign.
