It's hoped Argyle's players and staff could finally be paid today, as the club's future is all but secure.

James Brent is due to formally become the new owner.

Players and staff haven't been paid in full since December last year and Mr Brent has always said his priority would be to pay their wages as soon as the deal was completed.

He's paid tribute to them and the fans for keeping the club alive.
