Many of Plymouth Argyle's senior players will not be returning next season.

Luke Summerfield, Rory Fallon, Chris Clark and Karl Duguid are amongst those who have not been offered a new deal.

It's understood that many of the players were still earning championship level wages and this was no longer sustainable.

Carl Fletcher will be staying, along with Stephane Zubar and players like Romain Larrieu, Rory Paterson and Joe Mason, who are still under contract.

The pilgrims' new owner still hasn't been revealed and they are still subject to a transfer embargo.
