Argyle live to fight another day

Plymouth Argyle's former vice chairman has said he believes administration would be the most sensible option for the club.

The pilgrims had their winding up order dismissed in London this morning as it has paid off its most recent tax bills.

However, the future still looks bleak with another six figure tax bill expected in the next few weeks and millions of pounds worth of debt to pay.

Peter Jones says the blame can't just be laid at the door of the Japanese investors who failed to pay up either - he has argued that all of the board members are culpable.
