£750,000 could be spent on road improvements in city

City councillors will vote next week on plans to spend an extra three quarters of a million pounds on repairing Plymouth's roads.

The council says the money will come from reprioritising the transport capital programme and additional government funding.

If the funding's agreed, Transport and Highways say they'll tackle the city's potholes caused by last winter's severe weather and repair pavements.
