Police give all-clear following explosion scare

    Officers cordoned off an area outside the Crown Court on Wednesday

    Police were called at 9.36am today [07/03] to Plymouth Crown Court after a female was alleged to have made threats.

    A liquid, believed to be water, was sprayed on vehicles outside the court. 

    She also claimed that there was an explosive device was inside one of the vehicles. However a police search confirmed this was not true and there is no threat.

    The female was located by police and is being supported in relation to mental health issues. 

    No one was harmed during the incident.
