Man arrested in knife-point robbery

    There's an appeal for witnesses

    Police have arrested a man in connection to a robbery of a pizza delivery driver knifepoint in Plymouth on Monday 3 December.

    The Domino’s Pizza driver was delivering an order at Walton Crescent, Manadon, around 8pm when he was approached by a man carrying a knife.

    The suspect demanded the pizza and cash and then fled the area via Hilton Avenue. The stolen pizzas, valued around £25, were within a Domino’s branded heat bag and a small amount of cash was taken.

    Police arrested a 24-year-old local man on suspicion of robbery. Following police interview, he has been released under enquiry pending further investigations into this matter.
