Did you see a 'hit and run' near Beaumont Park?

    It happened on Wednesday night

    Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a hit-and-run collision in Plymouth which left a pedestrian with serious injuries.

    The incident between the female pedestrian and the car happened on Wednesday 7 November at around 11pm at the Greenbank Road junction with Lipson Road, Plymouth.

    A 21 year old female was knocked over whilst crossing the road with a group of friends, on the pedestrian crossing

    The car failed to stop at the scene and the driver is now being sought by police.

    Police are asking for anyone who may have been information or witnessed the collision to contact police on 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting reference 0932 of 7 November.
