Crownhill Fire Station Open Day
Crownhill Fire Station Open Day
Crownhill Fire Station had their Open Day on Sunday 16th October. They had lots of activities going on including the Bomb Squad, Police Dog team, Drakes Den Playbus, owls and chip-pan fire demonstrations. There was a fault car there that had over 13 faults on it! This raised awareness of how illegal/unsafe cars may be.
The Crownhill Station Crew were raising money for a project to convert the home of a fellow firefighter Eddie, now affected by Motor Neurone Disease.
Our Jodie was there and was even taken 100ft up into the air - she was let back down after a protest!!!
